It's come time to re-outfit your production floor. Or maybe you are a new company looking to acquire the machinery that you need to get up and running. You want a supplier that you can trust to provide you with quality machinery that they are willing to stand behind. That's where we come in.
Six Sigma has been in the machine design business for over 20 years now. That means we've got a solid background in all aspects of machine engineering. We are proficient in producing smart and effective machines utilizing our extensive knowledge in mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics. We are expert problem solvers when it comes to integrating your products with your production.
Be sure to take a look at our Global Assembly page. They may just be the lower cost solution that you need for your application. Global Assembly is our line of standard products. These machines have been tested, refined, and proven extensively over the years. That means that the engineering was already been done and we can pass that savings on to you.

Congratulations to Andrew Sears who takes first place in the 36th NTMA/NIMS (National Tooling & Machining Association / National Institution for Metalworking Skills) National Competition. Andrew is one of our own machinists here at Six Sigma.
"The challenge presented in the competion was to measure multiple dimensions of a slot on a machined block to the nearest ten-thousandth of an inch using only a steel rule. Andrew, along with several of the competitors achieved results of less than .0005" total variance for the task."(nyutma.org)
